Requirements

Because registration is limited and in effort to facilitate deep and effective growth in each and every participant, applicants must submit the following along with their application:

• Letter of recommendation from your pastor
• Essay explaining why you want to participate in the Lay Institute

Additional requirements throughout the Institute:

• An ongoing project to serve the Church or community as an outflow of the leadership skills sought through participation in the Institute (to be selected with your pastor).
• Monthly readings and reflection papers
• A commitment to attend and participate in all sessions
• Desire for personal conversion and formation
• A commitment to daily prayer, weekly Mass and frequent confession
